Turning Interest Into Action - Join our Board

Our Executive Board consists of a chairperson, secretary, treasurer and trustees. Our members have varied backgrounds and experiences, some are parents with children who attend or who have once attended playgroup, others have careers or a working knowledge of childcare and working in the early years sector and some are members of our community. They all have one ambition, that Community Playgroups SCIO will continue its success, offering quality early years care to the children of West Lothian.

The board meets every 6 weeks to discuss amongst many things, policies, procedures and the financial position of the organisation to ensure all of our Playgroups are run efficiently and comply with all regulations. Each meeting lasts only 60-90 minutes and are held virtually.
